Brainchild Strategies is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: first and last name, email address, phone number and country, subject and message.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about the products, technologies or markets you asked about. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to our Google Workspace inbox. These providers process the data on our behalf and under their own privacy and security terms; we do not share it beyond that.
Where it is stored
Web3Forms and Google may store and process your information outside Canada, including in the United States. While it is there, the laws of that country may apply to it.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of the relationship, and delete them on request.
Your rights
Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at the address below. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
